    The encoding is using the mark-up requirements of Encoded Archival Description Document Type Definition EAD.DTD.

    These are printed journals with grey scale images, line arts and mathematical formulae. The converted digital content has the metadata information at article level in XML format and all the pages in PDF form. The equations are captured in WYSWIG format.
