The ACE group was co-founded by Vikram Sanghani and Sanjay Dhamsania in 1987. Amongst the early pioneers, they obtained the first outsourcing contract from Virginia, USA back in 1992. By 2007, the ACE group deployed over 2,000 professionals in facilities located in Rajkot, Hyderabad and Chennai. The ACE group now operates out of Rajkot and brings to the table 15 years of leadership expertise in the e-Publishing field:

Co-Founders

Vikram Sanghani

Mr. Sanghani has been leading the ACE group since 1992 and was the Managing Director of several of ACE’s Indian facilities, with responsibility for 2,000 staff. Prior to working with ACE, Mr. Sanghani worked at ICICI Ltd, where he was part of the Resources team. At ICICI, he dealt with Chase Manhattan, S G Warburg, and Bank of Tokyo, among many other leading international banks. Mr. Sanghani has spearheaded Ace’s Indian operations, nurturing them from inception to the efficient and profitable businesses that they are today. He is also actively engaged in social and charitable activities and has executed exceptionally large projects, including a dam that provides clean water to 100,000 disadvantaged people. Mr. Sanghani has an MBA from the Bajaj Institute of Mumbai.

Sanjay Dhamsania

Sanjay Dhamsania has been leading the ACE group since 1992. Mr. Dhamsania played a key role in setting up a production facility at Rajkot, India. He manages the Rajkot facility, and has one of the most experienced and talented pools of people in the organization. Additionally, he was instrumental in formulating ACE’s key production system and processes, which later became part of the foundation of the conversion process. Mr. Dhamsania holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the US. Before returning to India, he worked in the US for two years in a Washington D.C firm. Because of his US experience, he has been able to integrate the requirements of US clients with local talent, to consistently meet quality and delivery standards.

 

Hitesh Vora

Mr. Vora heads Operations at ACE. His 23 years of industry experience includes managing projects for large publishers, university presses, public libraries & archival Institutes. These include The World Bank, Airbus, Time magazine, Thomson, Gale, Cambridge University, Whitaker, LexisNexis, Reed Elsevier, High Wire, JSTOR, National Library of Medicine, GreenWood Publishing etc. Mr. Vora is also a Director of BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd., a publicly listed company involved in developing large real estate infrastructure projects in India and UAE. He remains active with several of India’s leading NGO’s and is a frequent contributor to popular technology magazines.

Sohel Sanghani

Sohel Sanghani is Director of Business Development at ACE. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, and a Masters degree in Economics & Political Science from Johns Hopkins’ School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Prior to joining ACE, Sohel was employed at Bridgewater Associates, a leading hedge-fund in the New York City area. He was also involved with Times of India’s editorial team, where he wrote articles on economics, national security and foreign policy. He continues to blog for TOI. Sohel’s American exposure and deep technical understanding of ACE’s services enable him to closely grasp client requirements and conceptualize innovative solutions.
