HR Executive (Full time)

Job Description:
  • Responsible for full lifecycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel, sourcing, screening, short-listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, pre-employment referral checkup & rolling out the offer.
  • To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.
  • Coordinate increments and promotions of all staff.
  • Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels to maintain and develop leading-edge HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage for Performance Management. Staff Induction. Reward and Recognition Staff Retention Management Development / Career Development Succession Planning Competency Building.
  • Maintenance of Employee records, Employee Master File & Statuary HR Records, ESI and PF Records of employee.
  • Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development. Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
 
Experience/Skills:
  • Minimum 1+ Years Experience in IT Industry
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and organization skills
  • Extreme attention to detail, Very thorough
  • Must be pro-active
  • Takes initiative and motivated
 
Education:
  • MBA or similar management graduation and adequate computer knowledge.

Team Lead (Full time)

Job Description:
  • Responsible for project execution from data receive to data delivery to the client
  • To manage team of data analysts and look after their productivity, quality, training etc.
  • Handling technical queries of team member and raise technical issues for client pursuant
  • Communication with client and with other department in the company
  • Provide project training to new team members
 
Experience/Skills:
  • Minimum 1+ Years Experience in IT Industry
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and organization skills
  • Extreme attention to detail, Very thorough

Education:
  • Diploma or Engineering or Master in Computer or other similar qualification

Data Analysts (Full time)

Job Description:
  • Need to work in shift hours, first shift for female and second shift for male
  • Work will be on XML or ePub (HTML+CSS) or Acrobat PDF
  • Project training will be given by the company
  • There will be one module test prior to joining and based on the result, candidate will be deployed either in XML Project or ePub Project or PDF Project
