HR Executive (Job Code H1)

Job Description:
  • Responsible for full lifecycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel, sourcing, screening, short-listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, pre-employment referral check-up & rolling out the offer.
  • To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.
  • Coordinate increments and promotions of all staff.
  • Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels to maintain and develop leading-edge HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage for Performance Management. Staff Induction. Reward and Recognition Staff Retention Management Development / Career Development Succession Planning Competency Building.
  • Maintenance of Employee records, Employee Master File & Statuary HR Records, ESI and PF Records of employee.
  • Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development. Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.

Team Lead (Job Code T1)

Job Description:
  • Responsible for project execution from data receive to data delivery to the client
  • To manage team of data analysts and look after their productivity, quality, training etc.
  • Handling technical queries of team member and raise technical issues for client pursuant
  • Communication with client and with other department in the company
  • Provide project training to new team members
 
Experience/Skills:
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in IT Industry
  • Good negotiation skills

Data Analysts/HTML Editor (Job Code D1)

Job Description and scope of the work:
  • Need to work in shift hours, first shift (6:30a to 2:30p) for female and (2:30p to 10:30p) second shift for male
  • Work involves XML or ePub (HTML+CSS) creation from various documents and editing of PDF file using Acrobat
  • Project training will be given by the company. At the completion of training, a test shall be conducted to check eligibility of candidate for the employment.

Logistic Assistant (Job Code L1)

Job Description and scope of the work:
  • Need to work in shift hours (10:00a to 6:30p) for female and (2:30p to 10:30p) second shift for male
  • The logistics assistant will be responsible for receiving data from customer, completing relevant entries in in-house ERP and dispatching delivery data to customer.
  • Logistic Assistant should also maintain project records and communication with internal department and customer.
  • Communication with client and with other department in the company.
  • Project training will be given by the company. At the completion of training, a test shall be conducted to check eligibility of candidate for the employment.
 
Experience/Skills:
  • Good professional english writing
  • Good exposure to MS Office (Excel, Word)

Data Entry Operator (Job Code D1)

Job Description and scope of the work:
  • Need to work in general shift hours
  • Regularity in office hours.
  • Accurate typing skill and learning attitude.
  • Project training will be given by the company. At the completion of training, a test shall be conducted to check eligibility of candidate for the employment.
 
Experience/Skills:
  • Minimum typing speed shoud be 25 WPM with good accuracy.
